Reading your 8-week progress chart
5 Jun 2026
Every analyzed swing is saved, which means the real value of Golf shows up after several weeks rather than after a single upload. The progress chart plots key metrics — club speed, joint timing consistency, and overall similarity to your reference swing — across every session.
Consistency, specifically, matters more than any single great swing. A session with one excellent swing and four wildly different ones scores lower on the consistency line than five moderately good, similar swings — because on the course, the swing that shows up under pressure is closer to your average than your best.
The chart highlights the metric that moved the most since your last session, which is usually more useful than staring at all of them at once. If club speed jumped but consistency dropped, that's a specific, actionable signal: you found more speed but haven't repeated it reliably yet.
Most golfers who track consistently for eight weeks see their consistency score improve well before their peak club speed does — repeatability tends to come before raw power, which is a useful thing to know before getting discouraged that the speed number hasn't moved yet.
